Cancellation Policy

 I do require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% service charge will apply and will need to be paid BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT CAN BE SCHEDULED. I do however understand emergencies happen and will do my best to accommodate. No call, No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. This will be sent in an online invoice and can be paid conveniently online.

Correction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, I am happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for me to make any necessary adjustments to the service at no charge as long you call and schedule the correction within 7 days of the original service date. This does not include a change of mind, and only applies to true corrections. All service are Non-Refundable.
